Runtime

Where do digital workers run?

By default, on the computer where the client is installed. Files, commands, and session context stay local, and sensitive actions need approval. You can also run them in a secure cloud sandbox for isolation or centralized management, subject to your configuration.

Installation

Windows blocks the installer

Use the offline package first. If security software still blocks it, add it to the allowlist or contact IT.

macOS says it cannot open the app

Allow it in System Settings → Privacy & Security, and confirm macOS 15.0 or later.

The client will not start after install

Confirm .NET Framework 4.8 and WebView2 are installed; send the client log and error message to support.

Sign-in

Username or password is incorrect

Use the provisioned email, check case and input method, and wait before retrying after repeated failures.

No tasks or skills after sign-in

Ask an administrator to check roles, model access, and Skill policies.

Do I need to sign in again on a new computer?

Yes. Credentials are stored per device.

Models

No models available

Confirm the role has model access, or the tenant has a model instance.

Model unavailable or credentials expired

Switch to another authorized model, or ask an administrator to update the credentials.

Tasks

A task never runs

Confirm a client is online, the execution machine is selected, and the task is claimable.

A task failed

Check the run history and failure reason; common causes are an offline machine, denied permission, or a missing result. Retry or recreate the task.

Verification keeps failing

Check whether acceptance criteria are clear and inputs are complete; update the task and rerun.

WeCom

Binding code expired

Generate a new one.

No notifications on the phone

Check the binding, whether the client is online, and notification settings.

Data

Are files uploaded?

They are processed locally by default; upload happens only when you choose to upload or enable cloud features.

Is data used for training?

No. Data is isolated per tenant and not used for model training.

How do I clear local data?

Clear the cache or sign out in settings; files in the workspace are yours to manage.
