Sign in and accounts

Sign-in methods, tenant resolution, and common account questions.

Where accounts come from

  • Enterprise users: provisioned by a tenant administrator; the sign-in name is usually your email.
  • Trial users: after you follow the trial page, we create an isolated tenant and an administrator account.
  • Platform operations accounts: managed separately and not used for daily work.

Sign-in methods

On first launch, the client opens your system browser to sign in and returns to the client. You can also sign in with email/username and password.

The system resolves your tenant from the account automatically; you do not choose a company. A sign-in session belongs to exactly one tenant.

If your company enables Microsoft 365 single sign-on, the corresponding entry appears on the sign-in page; availability depends on your configuration.

Common questions

Username or password is incorrect

  • Confirm you are using the provisioned email, not a name or phone number.
  • Check case and input method.
  • After repeated failures the account may be temporarily locked; try later or ask an administrator to reset it.

No tasks or skills after sign-in

Usually a role permission issue. Ask your tenant administrator to check roles, model access, and Skill policies.

Do I need to sign in again on a new computer?

Yes. Credentials are stored per device; a new device needs one browser sign-in.

How do I sign out?

User menu → Sign out. Cached credentials are cleared; business files in your workspace are unaffected.

Account security

  • Do not share your account.
  • Sign out on shared computers.
  • If you see unexpected sign-ins or permission changes, contact your administrator and keep the client logs.
